how do i get an aplication?
Go to your local Social Security Office. You'll find their address in the phone book.
You can apply either online or at your local Social Security office. Like above look the later up in the phone book. You can do the thing online but eventually you have to present proof of you to them in the form of a birth certificate, social security card, etc. If you are a spouse filing on your partners benefits then you have to show proof of marriage also.
