How can i get help getting payment from ins company cna ? |
my car was park in parking lot of place of imployment when hit by a van . a woman was good enough to get the information an call police . they call company , but the company has given run around ever since . when i call they say check is in mail ! help If you can get a lawyer to send a letter for you, it might be helpful. If they dont respond then get an attorney to pursue it.....CNA got hit really bad due to 9/11 and its ratings have gone from bad to worse...I am surprised they are still in business.... Lots of folks have had an issue with them... Well, what kind of time frame are you looking at? With the holidays, mail is slow! I'd say, if you don't have the check within 10 business days of the time that CNA said they mailed it, you can sue the van in small claims court, if you're in that much of a hurry. agent, 20+ years I suggest you threaten to contact the insurance ombudsman (or equivalent if not in the UK). That should give them a wake-up call, especially as CNA is a large insurance company, and in my opinion, quite reputable. |
