Water damage insurance claim payouts? |
Can ayone tell me how much the uk insurance companies paid out to their policy holders for water damage to their property in 2005 or 2006. This will relate to damaged caused by taps left on, faulty plumbing, burst pipes etc. NOT RIVERS BURSTING THEIR BANKS ETC. I would also like if possible to find out what percentage of people have experienced such damage in the last five years.Also the average cost to put the damage right.. and the maximum payout for such damage on any one claim.
