How do I convert stocks in a buy-out?

I own stocks in a company that has been recently sold, how do I convert the stocks to the new company?

I am sure the company in which you had stock will contact you. I'm surprised that they have not already contacted you.

You could write to the Secretary of the company or their Dept. of Investor Relations if you don't get information from them within the next week or two.
You don't have to do anything, the brokerage takes care of it.
