Where can I find financial information about non-public companies?

Almost all companies have D&B reports that may or may not include detailed financial information. Dun & Bradstreet investigates for companies that offer credit. Whether the subjects of the investigation provide the information is voluntary.

It probably would be cost prohibitive for a private individual to subscribe to D&B for investment purposes.
on their web site if they put it out there. you may already know but privite conpmanies don't have to publish their financials for the public unless they want to.

Another way is to go to the company website and look for something about investor relations. Finally, if you are interested in investing, you might contact the company and find out if they've contracted with an investment bank to help them with financing.
