You have two options, first apprentice with a Stock and Share broker. Work in his office do some back office work as well as front end work. In the mean time start reading about it in the interenet or from good books like, Graham and Dodd or Money Game by Adam Smith. Deeper understanding can be also got by enrolling for an MBA in Finance or the ICFAI doing Financial Analysts courses, if you really have time.
