How do I proof the legality of my HYIP?

Hello, I need someone to tell me about how do I proof the legality of my HYIP programs? I'm starting a honest HYIP program. But the question is, not much people trust HYIP. How do I show people that my program are not pyramid scheme, quick rich scheme and legal? My program is located at http://www.all-investments.org/...

I would help investors invests funds in mostly Forex through an expert trader. She's known to earn hundreds of pips a day without losing.

("High yield investment programs" = HYIP)

As soon as you use the words "guarantee" and "Forex" in the same statement I have great cause for concern.

Your website indicates that you keep away from aggressive Forex investments but you say you invest with an "experienced trader that consistently makes 100 pips per day". I think any of us would consider that highly aggressive.

I think rather than worrying about proving "the legality of my HYIP" I would concentrate on generating two years of verifiable success. You also need to explain why someone should invest their money with you rather than investing directly with this expert trader that "earns hundreds of pips a day without losing". where are you located at?

And, what legal guarantees do you offer to ensure that the money will be in safe hands?

It's kind of hard to convince most people that there will be no losing in the forex market. Since with the high leverage comes high risk, but I give you the benefit of a doubt if you can answer the above question.
brain -- mine
You're in for a long uphill battle. The HYIP concept is firmly connected with Ponzi schemes in the minds of many law enforcement personnel online.
