What is the Fed going to do with Interest Rates??

I believe they will hold rates until the third quarter of this year and will adopt a more aggressive approach going into the fourth quarter. Simply because of the housing sector stabilising and the weak dollar will aid in the economic growth of the country. A weak dollar will also encourage inflationary pressures.
If I had a crystal ball I could tell you.
Someone once asked J.P. Morgan what he thinks the market would do. J.P. Morgan said, "It will fluctuate."
They will keep rates where they are now, and the next move will be a cut but not until the fourth quarter of this year or the first quarter of 2008.
