Treasury note compared to a CD?

Treasury note is pushing around 5.13%
and a CD can be had for 5.45%
And now I just saw a savings account (FNBO DIRECT) offering 6% interest

What would a Treasury Note offer that would persuade me to aquire?

The interest from treasury issues are not subject to state and local taxes. If you live in a high tax state, that alone can swing the after tax return above the 6%. Also Treasury issues are readily marketable if you should need the money unexpectedly. But if it were me I would stick with T-bills, just under 5% currently. Very short term.
Banks stink the worst.
Treasury note is backed by the government and is also easier to sell to another person later if you do not want to keep it until maturity
