You have to find a Leprechaun colony. It only works if you pay small amounts of tax and you still have to pay toad stool tax - to the head Leprechaun. A big drawback is contraception is banned in Ireland for Leprechauns especially. But benefits for children are very good. If you set up a new .EU domain on the net called www.leprechauns.eu - you'll probably get a grant off the European commission. Ireland does very well like that. The VAT (sales tax) is 22% though - so be careful if you're moving to Ireland.....
