Foreign national leaving ireland after 4 yrs - final yr tax rule ..?

I'm a foreign national and leaving Ireland for banking job in london. In ireland for the past 4 yrs, so I'm ordinary resident here. I know there is a rebate for final year of stay. Does anybody know a bit more detail.

Actually I'm planning to join the London firm in Jan but if the final year tax rebate in Ireland is good that I don't mind joining in december.

You are an irish resident and ordinary resident but not domicile. It means that after moving to UK, you do not have to worry about irish tax bill (I assume that your only UK income will come from employment)

good luck
