Do Irish/US dual citizens with Irish residency have to pay tax on US rental income?

I have dual citizenship and am moving to Ireland. Will I have to declare US rental income in Ireland? After US tax deductions, I have no taxable income in US... Will Ireland recognize the same deductions and consider income as non-taxable? THANK YOU!

First step you research to find if US and Ireland has an international treaty to avoid double taxation undersigned.
Second, you determine where your incomes are generated.
Third you need to provide such information to a tax advisor in Ireland.
