Is a payment in lieu of notice for an employee who has resigned subject to PRSI and PAYE?


In Irish Payroll, is a payment in lieu of notice subject to PAYE and PRSI if the employee has voluntarily resigned? I can only find guidance around redundancy payments, and not voluntary resignation.

its classed as wages so sorry you pay your taxes
