Irish universities... could someone tell me a little bit about them?????? |
Hello I am an American student who wishes to go to school full-time (4 years) in Ireland. Here are the schools I'm applying to University of Ulster, Queens University- Belfast, University of Limerick, National University-Maynooth, National University- Galway, and University College Cork. Can anyone tell me which schools are good and which are bad or okay or whatever comes to mind when you think of these colleges. Could you give some background. I want to study law. Which is the hardest to get into. Which has the best social life..etc. etc. Also what do I need to send the colleges as a non-European Union student. Like SAT scores, transcripsts, etc. etc. If there is anything else you can tell me that would be great. thanks. I studied Business and Law at Dublin City University. The Irish will love your American accent. They're all great places to go. You might have the best fun at Galway, major student county. Be careful when studying law. I live in the USA now and it's pretty useless here. Research the courses. Unlike Irish citizens you'll have to pay, though compared to here it's not too bad. Not too sure what details you might need to provide, might be different for each college but send everything you have with your application. You've picked the top places so they'll all be great courses, good luck. Ireland's a great country. |
