What is the legal retrenchment benefit in Singapore labour law?


I know most company pay 1month for every year of service. Is there any labour law on this. Can a company just pay max. 3 months even if the employee had worked for 20 years. Can the employee seek help from MOM if he felt the compensation is unfair.

No. They can pay you nothing if they want so long they give you sufficient notice. Laws here are pro employer.
