How can I get free legal help for a parent that is not allowing another talk to their kids?

How can I get free legal help for a parent that is not allowing another talk to their kids?

Call your state Department of Children and Family Services in your state.
Just petition the court to allow you to talk to them.
Your county bar association most likely has a Legal Aid Society that will handle the case for free if your friend can't afford an attorney.

Try to Yahoo the "(Name of County) Bar Association". If nothing comes up, contact the state bar and they can hook you up.
