Workplace problems?

I'm 17 years old (18 Tuesday) and I work in a restaurant. There's a older woman in her 60's or so who has the same title as me but she is always yelling at me and criticising what I do and now she has got the supervisor to yell at me all the time too.
Is there a law or something against this? because I honestly don't do anything wrong and they yell at me in front of customers aswell.

I hate working there so much but I can't quit until I have another job.

Analyze and evaluate the situation. Be honest with yourself. Are you working below par or is your boss unfair? If she is the latter, there is no reason why you should continue working for that business. Fire them! You are just wasting your time.

A good boss will always try to develop good people without being rude and dictatorial. Conversely, if your work is below par and has no possibility of ever improving a good boss will terminate your services immediately. So, if they are keeping you, they just want to behave that way to you.

There are millions of good jobs and good employers out there. Look for them. Work should uplift and dignify a person.

Peace and every blessing!
You didn't say why they are yelling at you.

Go to the Manager or General Manager and tell her what you told us.
your new and a lot of people treat new employees like that , she's feels intimadated by you she thinks your gonna take her job jealousy and no boss has the right to yell at you or embarrass you in front of anyone they too can be replaced just hang in there they'll get over it try your best and dont give them anything to yell at you about be super nice it will drive them nuts good luck .
Console yourself with the fact that this is a temporary occupation for you, not your life's work. If you'd spent many years waiting tables, you'd probably be bitter and angry too.

Do your work the best way that you can, and look for something else. Don't let them provoke you. There is unfortunately no law against crabby bosses or half of the supervisors in the world would be in prison.

Best of luck.
