What are the different areas of law I could go into? |
I am thinking about law school and need help narrowing down all the different areas of law, such as divorce, wills & trusts, etc... Also remember that in law school you will be taking general classes. You can try out different areas by working part time at law offices while in school. More than your coursework, your first job will be more determinative of your career path. Good luck! criminal torts patent contractual admiralty product liability workplace injury entertainment ... Check into Corporate Law, Entertainment Law, International Law, but with any law practice, be prepared to have lean and hungry years before the big dough really rolls in. Been there, done that. An interesting profession. Criminal law, business law. labor law,civil law, and specialties within these. |
