I was wondering if anyone knew if there was anyway I can get a felony wiped off my record? I have heard.......

I have heard that you can get 1 felony wiped off your record within a lifetime. I was wondering if this is true, and if so, how would i go about doing so. Would i have to go through the legal system or what?

Possibly a complete pardon by the governor of your state, or the president of the United States. Chances basically are slim to none
you dont get it wiped off ever if your paying it ant going away ask your legal system in your area usually when you fine is paid off but it remains on your record
i dont think so.
if you keep your nose clean for some amount of years you may be able to get your lost rights back, but I dont think I have ever heard of it getting wipped off your record.
dont ask these people here, find your answer by doing homework.
You can get a Felony taken off your record. Some of my family members have done it. You need to pay off what you owe first then seek legal counsel to get it taken off.
Sometimes it's possible to have your record expunged. You'd need to talk to a lawyer and go through the legal system, if it's possible to do that at all.
http://www.removeit.org, it's a lot cheaper then getting a lawyer. It depends on the state law that you are listed to live in. My state (NC) might pass a law later this year so that I can remove my felony's off my record(i have to wait till I'm 18 though), but it will only clear non violate felony's. The rest of these people are shouldn't answer if then don't know what they are talking about.
