How much do you charge for notarizing a loan packet...about 150 pages?? After hours & you have to meet the client at their office.
depends what state you live in. Some states you can only charge up to 2.00 a page wherease other states notaries are not allowed to charge a fee at all.
$150, it is considered a witness closing.
Nothing. I consider it part of my job and since I pay $60 for a six year license I think it is unconscionable to charge a big fee for it. If you want a fee, charge $2. It's not like it's harder to notarize a big doc vs. a small one.
