Why is there a need to tap the private sector in the recruitment & placement of workers? Where else are you going get all those useless recruiters to carry out this recruitment and placement? Or perhaps you mean those recruited? Where should they come from? The public sector? HELLO? Since most businesses in the US are privately owned by individuals or corporations where else are they going to get the people they need? Or are you suggesting the gov't should hire for everyone? |
