Sue my boss? |
Can I sue my boss or report his company even if I don't have a written contract? My boss just fired me because he can't afford me anymore. I was planning to quit because I needed a better job. He is an abusive boss. Made me do stuff that was out of our verbal contract, even go to his house to pay his personal bills and never let me go luch at the time I needed to go. One day told me "You can't go to lunch until you don't finish what I asked you to do" and one time he didn't want to pay me until I didn't finish a couple of calls I needed to do when that check was for my last paycheck period. Also he yelled and use to send me several text messages asking me to do stuff for him after work hours with no pay. Also he smokes weed at the office. I want to know what I can do and where I can get him reported. I'm not familiar with the law in this country, I came to the US 4 years ago but I'm legal alien. I'm in Southern California. Thanks!! I don't think you can sue him. For what? I don't see anything which you can accuse him for which will stand in court. Just charge it to learning experience, find a job, and move on. Peace and blessings! there is a thing called bbb or (better business burro) look it up on google or sumthin... and if he does weed just report him... :) im glad i could help! well I don't know about suing him but if you wan to screw him over just call the police and tell them you suspect drug activity. you don't even have to give your name. And remember don't get mad....get everything. good luck Earn Money Easy !!! Go here > http://affiliatestag.blogspot.com... NO investment, NO Loss! ------------------------ |
