I had a co-worker that didn't like me (now I would buy this person coffee at times Starbucks too) any way they was asked and not told by our ammediate supervisor to teach me how to use a certain program that they understood and I didn't to teach me the fundamentals. I took the complaint to management and managment dismissed me.
If you are going to include this employer on the application, the best thing to do is state "will explain" when it asks your reason for leaving this employer. If they are concerned about it, they will ask in your interview, and you can explain the situation verbally. I wouldn't try to write it out, if it's a bit complicated. You would do better to explain in person. If they even ask. You have an obligation tor yuor resume to accurately list places you have worked. You need not give reasons for leaving, but you may be asked in an interview, and they may call the former places, so you need to have references and other preparattion to dispute bad info.
Companies rarely give out bad info on former employees, unless it is extremely serious charges, because of risk of former employees suing them for libel or slander.
