I'm in high school taking up the law and justice field because my school provides it and I went on a trip and learned about negotiation process and being an arbitrator. We did an exercise where we negotiated with another team and I loved it. So I would love to learn more about this career. Please help, I'm researching on my own but I would love to hear opinions and inside view.
Yes. You go thru law school, become an attorney. Then apply thru your Bar Association in your state. They always have openings. You then take courses to get your license to practice as an Arbitrator and in what circuits. Good luck to you. Blessings, Patti yea i know the ansewrs to the math problem hi I am getting my associates in legal studies (paralegal) but my teacher at school told us that arbitrator is usually a lawyer or retired judge but there is also mediation you can get into and its kind of the same some courts require it for every civil lawsuit filed and for that you just have to be a paralegal and then take some extra courses the only difference is that arbitration is usually binding and mediation is not....hope that helped a little
