Just want to send a e-mail but their are no guidelines?

this kind of thing happens all over the internet and every time i get no results ive spent so much wasted time . at this pint it would be easyer to start a class action law suit.and i ask every time just hire me to wright up these guidlines with qualified staff members . if you dont get good reviews. dont pay me i'll sing the papers .productivity will double and its so simple can you amegan the increase in profits ??

What?
You can't spell.
Your question has poor spelling and isn't clear and concise. These might be a couple of issues that you're dealing with right now in not having people bring you in to do the work.
NO one, anywhere, anytime, any how, is obligated to hire ANYONE. That is the simple part. Not sure what your argument is about productivity or products, because that is irrelevant.
You want to start a class action law suit, that will get you no where. An employer sets their own standards for who they hire, and if you don't meet THEIR standards, they are not breaking any laws.
I am sorry if this insults you. You have a SERIOUS PROBLEM with communicating. That is going to affect any thing you try to do.
