Embezzelment, identity theft, insider trading, bribery, forgery.
A felony committed in the course of work...i.e. a crime against your employer or the company.
using information/equipment from your job to commit a serious crime - stealing money or goods from the employer, using their business operations to launder money, using their vehicles to transport stolen/illegal goods, using their customer database to get names/social security info/bank account info and then stealing from those folks, etc.
