How would someone go about getting a workers permit?


I'm looking to get a job, but I am a minor so I cannot get one with out a worker's permit. I cannot go to the local courthouse and get one because of parental issues, does anyone know how I could get one online?

you have to go to the courthouse or your school. i dont remember my parents having to sign anything...
