Can I sue my job because they fired me for moving too slow?

I have a learning disability so that will effect me on knowing the job, So can I sue my job for firering me?

If you let them know of your disability before you started the job, yes you can sue them. Or, if you answered yes to the question on the application that says "Do you have any disability, illness, or limitations that would limit you ability to perform the job".

I do know that you can get unemployment from them. I hope this helps!
Ummm, I think only if you listed it on your application as a disability or if you were diagnosed after you were hired and made your supervisor aware of your situation. Check your local laws...Most attorneys won't charge you a consultation fee just to talk to you....
sound like you are not qualified for that job, maybe you should consider a Less Demanding job.
You can be terminated for any reason, taking longer that an average employee to complete a job if reason for termination or demotion.
It depends on the situation. While a learning disability is a disability, businesses have the right to have staff that can perform the job -- perhaps the job is one that is above your abilities. Many people take jobs above their abilities (even people without learning disabilities) and if they are unable to step up and perform the position, they cannot keep the job.

The most your job would have been required to do, assuming that they were aware of your specific disability, is to give you additional training that was appropriate for your particular disability.
