How long after an incident do you have, in the UK, to raise an Employment Tribunal.? You have three months after the last incident. Don't wait - see a solicitor or check with the Equality Commission if you think it's a discrimination case. You can always take the case yourself. Spend a day at your local Industrial Tribunal and see what goes on. Source(s): I have taken my employer to a Tribunal. The managers involved were discribed as incompetent in newspapers and one committed perjury and faces being charged. i believe its 3 months but check out acas there should be plenty of info there to assist you www.acas.co.uk Hi you only have 3 months from leaving employment to take your employer to a tribunal but you will find if you did not work their for 2 years then the tribunals will recommend you go to arbitration as the Tribunal wont ruel in your favour You have 3 months, but the sooner you do it the better. If you have left employment, then for most cases the limit is 3 months, but it depends on what your grievance is and whether you are still employed with the company - it could be longer than 3 months or have no limit at all. |
