Where can i find a paralegal job with 0-1 years experience, but i have my degree in it.?

I have a paralegal / legal asssistant degree but i only worked as a receptionist for little over a year about 3 years ago.

Have you asked your current employer (that is, if he's or she is an attorney)? Perhaps you can be a paralegal-trainee?
If you don't live in a US state capital, those jobs seem elusive. In every state capital, there seems to be more entry level legal jobs. Depending on your training program, like if no internship included, some lawyers or their office manager will be hesitant to give more responsibility.
Some of my friends were successful by applying with an attorney who is fairly new that graduated from law school not long ago. Or one that recently moved into your home town from another state or region.
