What are the full time requirments of a full time job? What benefits should I be recieving?

california resident and considered a full time employee worked on the job seven months and recieved no benefits or information, how many hours do you have to work before you are considered full time?

Have you talked with your boss? They probably should have given you a employee handbook that explains your benefits. When you took the job they should have gone over everything, unless you are working for a small company that does not have any benefits. Usually you have to work around 37.5 hours for full time benefits. Good Luck
you have to work 8 hours a day,48 hours in one week or 6 days with one day off and 208 hours in one month or 26 days with 4 days off
