In Arizona can an Employer reduce an employees wages from 19.00 to min. wage at 6.75 upon termination?

If your employment is terminated, isn't your salary $0.00 an hour?

I think you need to supply more information.
I think we need more details -- are you saying they are paying your last paycheck at $6.75 when you were earning 19.00 per hour? Or are they paying out vacation and other benefits at a lower rate?

I don't think they can change your wage after you quit, but then, they don't have to keep you working for them.
You need to supply more details. It is permissible in some instances to pay an employee minimum wage. For example, travel time can be paid at minimum; food service wait staff can be paid below min if they receive tips; "on-call" time can often be paid at min as well.

However, if you were at work and performing your regular duties which were normally paid at $19./hour, then you should have been paid $19./hour for all hours worked up until your termination.

No. Reducing an employee's salary at termination is not permitted.
