I will be 17 in a few months and have recently been asking for job applications - after all I do have car insurance to pay and money to put back for college. While filling them out, I noticed a lot of them ask whether or not I have a work permit even if I am 16. Is it required to have a work permit at 16 in Arkansas? I thought once you were 16 you did not have to have one. If there is a law making a work permit mandatory, does anyone know I can go about getting one quickly?
