What's the best way to avoid getting fired from a job? Learn who has the most power and then avoid pissing them off. If I had known that, I would not have been fired from my last job. There is no right or wrong. There are only those with power and those without power. Those with power are always "right". Do your job correctly. Always be on time. Don't complain. Don't take unnecessary time off. not using any matches Work hard. Work Honestly. And do your job while at work and nothing else. Show up on time. Leave on time. Do your job. Treat people with respect. Learn and follow company rules. That's basic. You want to do more than just not get fired? Seek more responsibility. Ask questions. Volunteer for tough assignments. Get trained in areas other than the one you are paid to be good at. Get formal education in your area. show up on time work hard do whats asked of you if you don't understand what yore sapost to be doing ask let them know you are making an effort and giving it you re best also make youre self avalabe to do extra work if you can like with my job I am avalable to take on extra shifts if they need it Arrive on time...the biggest reason for losing a job is "lateness"...(sometimes it is reasonable to be late such as an accident..or the traffic was backed up...but they can call or bring it up on the internet)...other reasons...to avoid getting fired is to do your job to the best of your ability...even if someone is jealous of you and tells the boss something FALSE...he will notice that it is YOU THAT IS WORKING NOT HER...get it??? hope i have helped... |
