Interviews Poll?

I sent a thank you card to my prospective employers after the interview was conducted. It's been five days, and I called today to ask if they have received it. Wise move on my behalf?

I personally probably wouldn't have asked if they recieved the thank you card (but good moving in sending one), but I think it would have been ok to follow up and just ask if they made a decision yet or when they might make the decision. You could have asked if there was any other info they needed from you. Following up does show interest and they you really want the job. But it's done so don't worry about it. I will be ok.
Good luck!
