What are your rights? |
For those who tried to answer my question you all were so off base he does have a suit .It was just before the supreme court you have to have not called or showed up for 3 days then your job is abandon You have to have written proof of probation or write up which was not true it was all verbal please dont post what you dont know Tammy, Some people only speculate when answering questions. Usually the answers are so far off base you wonder if they actually read the question. Glad you got the answer you needed. Don't expect answers on Yahoo Answers to always be correct. I would guess that there is information that was not imparted on your previous questions that made for an exception. Perhaps if you learned how to properly phrase a question as complete sentences, instead of a group of run-on sentences, you might get better answers. If you want proper legal representation, it is best to hire an attorney, not ask a group of individuals who are not necessarily qualified to answer your question in its entirety. There is not a law that says you have to be written up or go on probation prior to being fired in a hire-at-will state. There may, however, be a company policy that says so, and the company really should use the policy across the board fairly to its employees, making sure not to treat employees of different religions, nationalities or sex differently. THAT would be illegal. |
