Joke. Don't believe it.
While a position of payment officer may or may not be real, I would not expect that you could gain employment through e-mail without any sort of telephone or other interview and lengthy hiring process. And personally, I wouldn't consider hiring on with someone with only a yahoo e-mail. You have to have another e-mail to get the yahoo e-mail, so they should have something that can tell you more about their business.
