Can amount be settled for full and final settlement on the agreed last day instead of after elapsed leave?

Are you talking about terminating someone's employment? If so, you could do so, but why? Aren't you scared that the terminated employee may say that you are terminating him/her due to his "disability" (if that's what the leave is for)?
