I was a postmaster relief at a small office but am no longer there. I have a chance to reinstate as a PMR at a larger office (level 15). I have recently interviewed for the ptf position there but the three veterans and myself received letters stating they were not hiring at this time. If I can get in as the PMR could I be hired over the veterans? I would really like to know this answer before I take this position. All my thanks!!!
