What do you do if your work doesn't answer you on a request for vacation? I been here over a year,?


I asked back in May. Then I asked again last month. Still no answer?
Should I write a letter asking for time off when I want it, like I want it in November. I am really getting pissed off about it and wonder if I'll ever get one, is this illegal?

Put it in writing.. if still no answer, take it anyway!
