Would i have any rights regarding termination if i have been working for one month?

I was employed at a differant company and was offered a job by my new company which i accepted, i have been sacked unfairly, but as i have only been working for a month i am unsure if wether or not i have any rights.

you are technically working a probationary period, so the employer could justify sacking you therefore not making it unfair.
An employment tribunal will not take a case on under one years continuous service.
I would raise a grievance if they dont pay or issue you your P45 correctlyThis will depend on the state you live in. if you are in a state that has a rule/law called "Discharge at will" or "Employed at will" that means any employer at anytime can sack an employee without cause
Your question is a bit confusing - were you "sacked" by the new company or the old one? If it was the old one and they let you go when you gave notice, you have no recourse - they have the right to let you go immediately. If you were let go by the new company, then the answer is "it depends." If you work in an "at will" state and they simply exercised their at will rights, then again, you have no recourse. However, if they stated a cause and it really is not justified, you might want to contact your state's labor board to see if you have any recourse or not.
Why were you sacked?
If you are in the UK I am afraid you have no rights as you are still under a trial period.
It depends on why you were sacked. If you were let go for lack of work, failure to perform your job, etc., you really have no recourse. If you were released for a discriminatory reason, you may have a case. You'd need to provide more details in order for me to provide an opinion.
