My friends' boss advertises for (car sales)customers, but gives the leads to everybody but him.Is this legal?


His boss advertises on the internet and in a big auto sells newspaper ..He gives the leads to everyone in the dealership but him...Is this legal? What can he do?

Some people negotiate for leads when they are hired...if he didn't and they did...sorry find a new job...it's legal...next time negotiate before hand....that is typical in a sales position....if he said he would give your friend leads, he can sue.
