What would you write in a demission letter? |
It's been 3 years and half that am working here but am gonna have to write my demission letter next week. Am going to work somewhere else, I don't want to leave but I have as am going to live in an other city. How can I write a nice, soft letter that can touch hearts so we can keep contact because I might want to come back. Dear Sir/Madam, It is with regret that I tender my resignation as of (date) as I have been offered a position in another location so will be leaving the area. It has been a pleasure working for you and I thank you for the opportunity and friendship given.I hope we may keep in contact and remain friends. Best regards (your name) Hope this helps.Good luck with new job and area. In English it's closer to call it a 'letter of resignation'. Try the i-resign website for lots of different templates depending on your mood! http://www.i-resign.com/uk/letters/... something along the lines of it is with deepest regret that due to relocation, i hereby notify you of my resignation/demission. then put something is about how you have enjoyed your time working for them and thank them for the opportunity etc.. and state that you would like to keep in contact and hope that in the future you would like to come back and work for them again. hope this helps Dear John, I'm gone. Adieu. |
