My lawyers been groping me, do i report him? wait till case is done? Seek new counsel at the link below. Don't tell your current attorney you are doing this unless the new attorney tells you to do this. Your new attorney will know how to get an extension on your court date(s) and handle the change over. I would tend to recommend a larger law firm because you have two claims. The first is whatever your current suit is for. The second is against your current attorney for sexual battery. I'm an attorney. That should have NEVER happened. Source(s): www.martindale.com Absolutely report him. If he is a member of a larger firm report him to his supervisor, if he is not report him to the board in your state.............and either way get another lawyer do you trust him to represent you. Your new lawyer can ask the judge to delay the case because of issues such as this. REPORT IT! Your lawyer is only doing this bc he thinks he has you in a corner.."If she tells she loses her case " kind of deal...Report it right away and sue him for the money that was paid out to him if he refuses to further represent you! Definitely. I don't think you'll still be able to trust him with anything. Report him now and get another lawyer to continue the case. report him right away so the outcome of the case is not questioned. |
