Business Law is an essential requirement for corporate attorneys. With business law degree, you could intern with a law firm specialising in handling corporate clients. This would help you getting an experience in:
1. Mergers & Acquisition related activities.
2. IPO & other stock related activities.
3. Handling law suits - both criminal & civil.
4. Employment related and regulatory related activities.
After this stint, you could start a career path with a Corporation or a small firm, that may culminate at the position of Chief Legal Officer or VP - Corporate affairs or Legal affairs.
