I need legal help, please....Wisconsin Laws?

Ok, my dad suffered an injury about a couple months ago, at work and when he went to the doctor, they realized that he needed to fix a tear in his rotator cuff (you know what I mean...lol), well, the point is that, he got the surgery done and this was supposedly tooken care of from his job, but my dads employer is now trying to say that his injury is not work related. They don't want to cover any of his medical expenses and have tooken him off from Workers Comp.

Would this be considered a legal matter? If so, what steps is he suppose to take to fix this problem?

This is a worker's compensation matter and you need to see an attorney in your area. You can find one at the link below. Source(s): www.martindale.com

I'm an attorney
It is a legal matter. Your dad needs to hire an attorney that specializes in Workers Comp issues.
all he has to do is call a personal injury lawyer.. look in the yellow pages, you will find a bunch of them.. they will take the case on a settlement basis.. in other words your dad does not have to pay them a fee.. they will take a part of what is a settlement of the companys insurance.. a lawyer can get the matter resolved.. call one.. good luck
Call Habush, attorney.
How underhanded of them! I do agree with the other postees to consult with a worker's comp attorney asap. Perhaps you and your dad can talk with a handful of worker's comp attorneys to see if they see that it is a case 'worth' taking on and such. Hoping that your dad gets the compensation that he so deserves :)
