Indiana laws on off days? What's the limit?? Working 3 months no days off? You mean besides the weekends, right? Surely you get 2 days off a week. As for vacation days and sick days, you have to earn them. Three months should have given you credit for 1 vacation day and maybe 1 sick day, though I do not know the exact law for Indiana. There aren't laws that govern how many days in a row you can work. In almost all jobs, though, if you work over 40 hours in a week, you have to be paid time and a half for the hours over 40. Vacation and sick days are employee benefits, and while most employers give them, they are not mandated by law. Working 90 days in a row without any days off though, if you mean you work 7 days a week, is pretty brutal. If you mean you've worked for 3 months 5 days a week without a weekday off, that's pretty normal. Paid sick and vacation time is not mandatory for employers in any state in the U.S. You need to check the overtime laws for your state to see when overtime applies to you. It may be anything worked over 8 hours in a day, or your state could be following any hours worked over 40 in a 7 day time period. An employer is not required to give you any time off with the exception of 2 10 minute breaks and a meal break for an 8 hour day worked. I will assume that you are salaried and not hourly. Call the Indiana wage and hour people and ask them about it. They should be able to give you a good answer on this. At the factory where I worked, they had to give you a day off every 13 days worked.
