When should i contact a lawyer? |
i was rear ended tuesday and the insurance company is pushing me into physio therapy and i was wondering when should i contact a lawyer? Whose insurance company is pushing you into therapy? Surely not the person who hit you - all they care about is getting it settled, not getting you better. If you aren't hurt, you don't need to do anything, but recognize that if you end up suffering later down the line, the lack of treatment between the time of the collision and the time you finally sought treatment will be used against you. Most attorneys don't charge for an initial consultation, so it might be in your interest to consult with one, even if you don't intend to file a claim.Are you hurt?
