A police pulled me ove for going 160 mph in a 45 mph zone!? |
He was so mad at me because I could easily out race him. He told me i'm either going to pay the 2,000 dollar fine and not be able to drive for a year. or I'm never going to drive ever again. and i live in a place where it goes 110+ degrees here in the summer frequently. It's been 10 months now, I think im going to pay, but i have to go to court about it. How should i tell the judge why i was going so fast to begin with?! The best thing I can say is just tell the truth about why you were going so fast. This has got me wondering why were you going so fast and how you did not kill someone is beyond me? A person should never ever drive that fast. A person could get hurt or even worse killed. Might I suggest if you want to drive that fast try giving nascar a try. There you can drive fast and its legal. I believe if I were you I would just pay the $2,000 and except the fact that you will probably lose your driving privileges for a year. However, If I were the judge I believe I was take your driving privileges away for good. Sorry for sounding so mean, but think about it you could have killed someone and then you would be facing man slaughter. You're probably lucky you didn't kill somebody. Do us all a favor and have your license revoked. You should have your license revoked. You could have killed an innocent person. You want to kill yourself, that's your business, but don't put MY life on the line with your behavior. how is it possible to go that fast on a 45 mph road without hitting curves or traffic lights or coming in contact with another driver? Are you just kidding here? I don't know if you live in the US but for the most part if you don't pay or appear you will never get your license back..They will suspend them either way. It's better to just go ahead and go to court. Try to talk with the DA about getting it reduced. You can do this with or without a lawyer. What the heck? 160 in a 45? you coulda put your eye out! tell him it was hot and u were trying to cool off maybe he is stupid too We have laws in this country for a reason, you are lucky you did't kill someone. This one is going to cost you, next time, go to the track. |
