Will obscene audio sharing in mobile phones or distribution come under IT act India??? See more.?


If some female鈥檚 boyfriend records their sex related & mutual private conversations through HIS mobile phone WITHOUT her consent or permission;
after their breakup he becomes hostile; sends those voice records to few other people on their mobile phones or
distribute in form of audio CD鈥檚鈥?br /> here can she file complaint for violating Information Technology Act India regarding:
Section 67- transmission of information obscene in electronic form;
Section 72- breach of privacy, against that hostile ex-boyfriend?????

First she can sue..stop him from sharing, and never do this again.
